(For those hosting dinners/ corporate events -etc, additional guests need to vacate prior to 10:00 Local & city noise ordinances to be observed). property is in Downtown Zoning so Street parking is available (2 designated spaces in the rear of the home)
Safety / Security --> House includes an external camera system which you can view from inside the home. All Camera's are external and residents have 100% access and visibility of these camera's (Front Patio, Back Patio, City view Roof Deck)
