the staff was pleasant but i injured myself during my stay which has me wheelchair bound due to a fractured additionally i was charged and additional $900 to add a guest to my booking which means i over paid for my booking. i would really like to speak to someone about this trip

the grounds were nice. beautiful really. great view. beach was amazing. room was comfortable. resort outdated. if you are a smoker-there are two smoking areas-rest is non-smoking. food was not the greatest. ate at the italian restaurant and got surf and turf-would not advise ordering. need better signage through hotel hard to find where you going. great pickleball and tennis area. the buffet was called banana boat but sign said promenade. could hear hallway noise in your room. shower had very low pressure. piano bar is just called that cuz there is a piano in it. no one plays it. staff was for the most part very pleasant. no bars open until like 11 am tho-so get your coffee mixers the night before. they did have mimosas at the buffet every morning which was nice. very sweet drinks, no pina colodas-they were out of the mixer or something. margaritas were really just lemonade with tequilla and a lime in it-so not for me. the moscow mules were nice when you get sick of the super sweet drinks. for the price tho-it was decent enough. cannot give it rave reviews tho.

The hair on the floor, in several areas. Bathroom was small, no complimentary shower gel. Shower door was nasty. No water in the room, you had to buy it. No refrigerator or coffee maker in the room, although you could rent it. The gym, most of the equipment didn’t work/outdated. Only one treadmill that you had to play with the buttons to get it to work.

Very good hotel for a 3 star. Very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Furniture needed an upgrade. Pool area and beach very nice. Sea weed could have been removed daily. Always enough beach and pool chairs. Hot tub needed to be repaired only a few jets worked. Buffet food was very good - restaurant food was excellent!

The food was decent. Staff was indifferent. The rooms are old and need to be updated. The furniture in the hallways is old also. The hotel needs a serious overhaul and upgrade. No amenities. No room service. No ice machines on the floors. No resort information in the rooms. The bathroom doorknob was hanging by one screw. TV didn’t work. Curtain rod was broke. We were supposed to stay five days, but ended up leaving halfway through our stay to go to a better hotel. Please do better.

My wife and I stayed at Breezes for three nights over Christmas. We chose the resort based on many positive reviews and its reputation as a good value, but overall our experience fell short of our expectations. Breezes is clearly an older property, and this was evident in our room. Electrical outlets were extremely limited, with only one available outlet behind a desk, making it difficult to charge phones and other devices. The bathroom lighting was also quite poor, particularly in the shower area, which felt very dark, and the floor showed signs of mildew. On our final night, the bathroom ceiling began leaking water over the toilet and floor, which we were told was due to condensation from the air duct. All they did was run a wet mop across the floor. The room itself was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. The tile floors only added to this, and although the air conditioning was set very low when we arrived, the thermostat offered no option for heat and never reached a comfortable temperature for us. In fact, the entire resort was unbearably freezing the whole time. The food was also a disappointment. Several reviews had praised the dining, but we found the offerings to be fairly generic and uninspired - like mediocre cruise ship food. On our first night, the dining theme was Mexican, which felt oddly out of place for a resort in the Bahamas. On a positive note, the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. But we will not be back.

Met our expectations for a 3 star resort. We didn’t have any issues or concerns. The food was plenty, fresh and healthy options. The Christmas dinner buffet was excellent. Drinks were available in a nice variety. Ala carte restaurants provided an elevated experience. The resort is very clean and the grounds are much and nicely maintained. The beach was amazing, plenty of lounge chairs. 15-20 minute drive from the airport. We will consider this resort again in the future!

This was the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. If you want the bare minimum - go here. They have one restaurant opened for dinner every night and unless you go right when it opens you’ll wait an hour and a half to be seated and another hour to get food. Your options for drinks are bottles labeled “vodka” “gold rum” “white rum”, et - no brands unless you go to the piano bar at night, but that’s also limited. You can choose either “light beer” or “regular beer”. They have one red and one white wine - which were both gross. They also ran out of pina coladas, I mean c’mon - a resort without pina coladas?? They also didn’t have any ice cream and constantly ran out of coffee cups. Also, tables weren’t set or cleaned quickly so you had to find your own drinks and plasticware. In addition to the food being extremely mediocre and not available easily, the resort is basically falling apart. The pool is freezing cold and the lounge chairs are all cracking. Our room had missing ceiling tiles (we saw moldy looking pipes) and the handle in our shower was missing so the water came rushing out of the hole. Our room also smelled like pee and the bedsheets had stains on them. There was also garbage under the bed from the prior guests. Our TV kept randomly turning on and the fridge was so loud. There’s only one outlet in the room. This resort offers day passes to cruisers so expect it to be crowded during the day. There’s no water sports or anything else to entertain you. DON’T STAY HERE.

The room was very clean. It was quiet.They even had a birthday set up for my birthday. Waitress Shacodny in the main buffet room, was very pleasant. She is very good for the tourism product.I recommend some recognition or award for her.

Very outdated. Rooms look like the 70’s they have never been updated. Hotel smells musty. The only things that were good was the food and the bartenders and entertainment staff. What ever you do don’t lose your wrist band! My son lost his wristband the day we were leaving and management attacked him and didn’t believe he was a guest of the hotel. Even after I went down to main lobby and told him he was with me. He was going to charge us $200 for a new wristband 8 hours before we were set to check out of the hotel. Then he said if we found the wristband he would give him another one and when we couldn’t find it he was still going to charge $100. My son said told him he would not make me pay for another one leave the property and stay outside all night. Of course I wasn’t going to let him stay out by himself so I went with him. I then decided to check out of the hotel at 3 in the morning so I went back to the hotel packed our suitcases. As I was leaving the manager asked where I was going and I told him we were checking out. He then told me that the security guard “found” the wristband and we could go back to hotel. I went to tell my son and he wanted nothing to do with the hotel or the manager. I checked out and we stayed up all night outside in a foreign country. Couldnt wait to leave.

The staff was courteous, lots of food options. enjoyed the strawberry and rum frosty, and loved the salmon with jerk seasoning from Munasan.The steak at Eden was not to my likely. The buffet for breakfast had variety that I didn't really repeat a breakfast meal. The room had a great view but the room was dated, but by staying at the Breezes, with meals & drinks included, I saved over $1300 of what Baha Mar would have cost. And I really needed just hotel for sleeping and showering and Baha Mar is overpirced for what I need. The bed was super comfortable. I will be staying there again because of the cost saving and will try the evening buffet.
