I did a lot of research before we went. Many of the reviews discussed renting a fridge for the room. I wanted to say that thankfully that is no longer necessary. It is now included. Definitely plan to spend equal amounts for food as you did for booking with a family of four. And that was even with packing snacks for each day. The food is mediocre and expensive. They do put a service change on. The first day I asked the waiter if this was the tip for the check and he said no. So I tipped him an addition $100. Later, google revealed it was a tip. The beach was very clean. it's impossible to get a chair. People claim them very early on and the resort charges for prime spot chairs. That was a turn off for me. Also, they have rocks blocking waves or fish or anything in the swimming area. We saw maybe two fish the whole time we snorkeled in the swimming area. I definitely didn't expect that. And the shells are less than you would expect as well. it was too groomed and not authentic to me.

We’ve been visiting this property as a family with our kids (ages 5 and 7) 1-2 times a year for the past 5 years, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities and entertainment options for both kids and adults. The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it our go-to family favorite!

Beautiful and clean resort. The staff was so friendly and accommodating they even upgraded my room. There is so much to do here including restaurants, bars, stores etc. you will never run out of things to do. I also loved the animal sanctuaries and the weekly activities you can attend. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family!

Property was clean, beautiful, family-friendly resort. A lot of options, dining, and experiences offered. The staff were excellent.

So beautiful and so many fun things to do! Years ago I stayed next door and was disappointed. I thought the trip was going to be a bust but then my colleagues invited me to join them for a short walk over to the next hotel which turned out to be Baha Mar. It was amazing! This was my first opportunity since then to actually stay at the hotel. It did not disappoint! It was exactly whet we needed and we booked our next stay while we were still there. Can't wait to go back.

I had to request for my room to be made up to 4 times per day until they came to clean it, while some days they did not even come. Even when they came to “clean the room,” they did the bare minimum and made the bed but left leftover food. Most of the staff was very rude to my girlfriend and I. One of the days, my bathroom was also stocked with a dirty “brown” towel. Also, the batteries in the safe died and they did not replace it during my stay. The overall property is nice but my experience was poor this time around.
