Only the main pool was heated. Majority of staff was unfriendly. Over charged for things a number of times that we had to have corrected. Prices exorbitant. Great for families. Something for everyone.

The restaurant options outside the hotel were very good. But they all close at 5 and then you have to eat at the restaurants inside. Very expensive some of them and the food is not as great as o though

We stayed at Baha Mar Grand Hyatt last week. The property is amazing. Very well kept. The water park is excellent. Lots of options for pool and beach. The room we had was clean and beds were comfortable. Negative feedback - The staff were consistently unfriendly. The most unfriendly we have ever come across at any resort we’ve stayed at by far. Some to the point they were just rude for no reason. It’s unfortunate because the place is so nice and we had a great time. The only other thing is how expensive the food is and limited breakfast options. The morning line up at the cafe Madelaine were long. I think they need another option for a cafe. Overall. Nice place to visit.

The staff at BahaMar were lovely - friendly and helpful. The resort itself was nice, but the cost of very average food/drink was outrageous. Modest pool-side lunch for family of two adults and two kids under 7 ran $150 USD . Dinner entrees were at least $80 USD at many of the restaurants (not including the chop houses, which were more of course). Two non-specialty cocktails in the Monkey Bar (lobby of the SLS) came to $55 USD. Not planning to return.
