First thing I must say, they don't like early check-ins as we checked out early from our Hotel at Lamai, then went via Taxi to Chaweng Beach. They made us wait until 2pm. The first night, we thought the bed was a bit hard. In the morning as we were heading for breakfast, We were approached by Miss Jenny, Assistant Customer Relations Supervisor, and asked us how our stay in this hotel. We explained to her that the bed was a bit hard, and straight away she aranged a topper to be added to our bed. Miss Jenny looks after the customers really well. She is a great asset t the hotel.10 out 10 for Service. A Great Resort to stay Plunge pool was awesone.
