A custom sliding partition creates a private queen-sized sleeping space, while the living area features a cozy new full-sized sleeper sofa for added guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new cabinetry, and bamboo flooring, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals. A washer/dryer is also included for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the stunning sound views and take full advantage of the private beach and fishing pier. After a day exploring the island or relaxing in the sun, cool off in the sparkling community pool or grill dinner in the shaded gazebo right by the water.
