My stay at CocolaPalm was beautiful, everything was just right. My only draw back was the fact that in the room, they only supply coffee and a coffee machine and nothing for people like myself who only has tea. They need to revise that.

The last 2 stays we had free breakfast. This time it was stated that breakfast was included. A half of piece of toast a palm size muffin and an apple puff is NOT breakfast. DISAPPOINTED with the false advertisement.

Well done CocoLaPalm for making my first visit to Negril so enjoyable. I am so pleased with my choice. My daughter and my partner were equally pleased. The beach on the doorstep was so well maintained and the water activities that were available were very welcome. The chefs special fish pasta was delicious and generally, there was a wide variety of food options. The rooms were clean and well maintained and the ac worked really well. If I was to be picky I would say that a sign or two pointing to the direction of the reception would be helpful.
