Very rustic chalet "Derborence", 2 storeys. In the resort, 400 m from the centre, in a sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: well-kept garden (not fenced). Steep motor access to 20 m from the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Supermarket 300 m, bakery 450 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 650 m, railway station "Sion" 16.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 350 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 350 m, skisport facilities 400 m, ice rink 300 m, children's playground 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 1.6 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
