Newly renovated apartment (autumn 2024) in a perfect location in Haute-Nendaz, 4 Vallées, ideal for a week without a car!

With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, the apartment easily sleeps 6 people.



There are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds.

The bathroom has a bath and WC. For your convenience, there is also a separate WC in the entrance hall.



The spacious living room, with cable TV and a fireplace in the lounge, opens onto a lovely south-facing balcony with views of the mountains on the Tracouet side. Access to the fully equipped kitchen is facilitated by a pass-through at table height.



Facilities:



Kitchen: kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette and crêpes party set (1*6 pers., with the little pans), 1 Chinese fondue set, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob.



Comfort: hairdryer, WIFI.



Practicalities: lift, storage space for ski equipment in garage and building hall, washing machine and tumble dryer available in communal laundry room (coin-operated).



Parking: 1 reserved parking space in the garage, other unnamed spaces in front of the building.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, fonctionnel et bien situé

L'espace, l'agencement, la situation. La porte de l'entrée frotte le sol et se coince, la planche à pain pourrait être changée, la chasse d'eau des WC-douche nettoyée car le flotteur remonte difficilement.

Nous avons apprécié le côté pratique de cet appartement. Confortable, bien équipé, lumineux , avec une grande terrasse, proche de la plaine de jeu et de la piscine. La petite armoire basse de la cuisine dont le tiroir à couverts va bientôt lâcher. Pour le reste, tout était impeccable

La propreté, l'emplacement, l'espace. Il y avait peu de vaisselle. Avons peu cuisiné mais avons dû nous procurer une casserole par ailleurs.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Pas de nuisances sonores. Proche des commerces et des remontées mécaniques. Etat de l'appartement trouvé à notre arrivée : une lampe de chevet cassée (nous avons pu réparer nous-même). 2 lattes du sommier du lit superposé cassées (celui du haut). Heureusement, nous n'avions pas besoin de l'utiliser ... Vaisselle de cuisine très dépareillée. Signaler que les linges de cuisine et essuie-mains ne sont pas fournis.

Superbe appartement où l'on se sent bien....

L'appartement est très bien situé dans le village, avec une très belle exposition : le soleil y est présent toute la journée. Il était très propre à notre arrivée, et très bien équipé. Très bon suivi de la part de l'équipe pour notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous gardons l'adresse pour l'année prochaine !!! On sent que l'émail de la baignoire a bien vécu, il faudrait peut-être la changée...

Wir (4 Personen) haben die 11 Tage in Haute-Nendaz sehr genossen. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wirklich top! Es ist für Familien/Gruppen mit bis zu sechs Personen wirklich gut geeignet und hält was es verspricht. Sehr gut fanden wir die Betreuung durch die Agentur Altiservices Sàrl. Sie war bei Fragen gut erreichbar und hat unkompliziert und direkt geholfen. Sehr professionell. Besten Dank! JH
