The apartment is a part of the Sun Village complex, combining comfort, tranquility, a unique atmosphere, and many modern amenities and services for your pleasant stay here - a restaurant, café-bar, two swimming pools (for adults and children), parking lot, garden, and year-round maintenance.
The total area of the apartment is (57 sq. m.) It is very comfortable and it is set on the third floor, functionally distributed between one bedroom, a Living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet, a hallway, and one balcony overlooking the landscaped courtyard. The flat is fully furnished and equipped, with satellite TV with lots of channels and free strong internet. The cooling and heating is provided by air conditioners.
