The best location, situated on a high point in the center of town, offers the best view of the hot air balloons. The young staff member at the front desk was incredibly friendly and almost always accommodating; I was very grateful to him. The breakfast restaurant also offers a fantastic view.

We had a great stay as a family of 5. Our room had a balcony which was an amazing place to watch the morning balloons from, plenty of space for the kids and separate sleeping area for the adults. Restaurant property was good, and had a nice breakfast. In easy walking distance to the whole town and lots of good dining options, staff were always helpful and their airport transportation was on time and well priced. Overall a great place to stay.

Fantastic place to stay to watch the balloons launch from the terrace in the morning. Also just a beautiful hotel with very helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice restaurant. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.
