The hotel and room itself were very clean and well kept. I will say our bed was completely worn out. We travel a good bit and this bed was the worst one by far. The staff was friendly but it was like pulling teeth to get new towels and wash cloths. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. All of that being said we would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. The property needs some work. Rusting bathroom hinges. Housekeeping could do a better job getting into the corners. A pub next door was playing music very loud and both at checking in and checking out the smell of marijuana was present in the halks.

For the hotel is very outdated it has not been remodeled in some time the carpet appears moldy and the hotel as you come in has a moldy smell we stayed six days and the breakfast was the same every single day link sausage that was limp dried scrambled eggs a self-made waffle and pastries that were stale it was advertised as hair dryer in room there was none you had to request room cleaning go get your own towel replacement the pool needs severe maintenance limited outside lighting at the pool a lot of chips and cracks the lantern malls around the pool were horrible and no pool towels offered

Hotel is very dirty. Hotel is near comedy club that is loud until wee hours of the morning. When I opened up closet door looking for blow dryer (which is non existent) and a roach went running, we left and stayed elsewhere.

0/10- do not stay if you care about your health and do not want to inhale mold. My fiance' and I booked the room due to us being from out of town and wanting to have 48 hours to ourselves. There was mold in the room on the windows, curtains, and lamp shade (314) (I have video and photos) the bed was initially wet when we arrived -but we thought it was due to the room being super cold and/or the condensation in the room. When we pulled the sheets back after they came off there was bright red stains that looked like blood on the mattress (very large area- I have photos that covered 1/4 of the bed). When was the last time the room was checked? When was the last time the sheets were changed? Because if they were then they wouldve seen the red blood (assuming) stains on the mattress. When was the last time the curtains were pulled back? Then they wouldve seen the enourmous amount of mold going across the top and down the sides. Then I was charged 124.88$ instead of 50$ for the room hold. I have a letter from the staff and spoke to the manager Dee (she stated a full refund would be issued) and that the hold would not stay and she did not know why their was a hold- apparently this is something that occurs when people pre-pay. Yes the manager was nice- but that room should not have been made available . Thank God we did not bring the kids- they would’ve immediately gotten sick from the amount of mold. I would like someone from LaQuinta Inn & Suites cooperate office to contact me.
