The breakfast was cold and the coffee was cold too. I was in the bathroom and one of the ladies came in the room to clean and I didn’t check out yet. And the elevator didn’t work so if you was on the third floor you had to take the stairs.

Reception was fabulous, new guy I think Shawn. He handed-us the keys for a 3rd floor room. Elevator was broken! I immediately told him there was no way I could walk up three flights of stairs and he immediately changed us to a ground floor room without blinking and I Room: no pillowcases, hand towels washcloths, no coffee supplies.

Checked in, first room they sent me to was a room that was dirty not turned over. Next room was on the third floor. Elevator was broke. Walked into that room. The window is wide open no screen spiderwebs across the window spiders crawling on the air conditioner my 15-year-old son said Dad and I said absolutely we’re not staying here. Don’t bother booking her book anywhere else.

Place was filthy, broken elevator, no rooms on 1st and 2nd floor of a 3 story building no AC, broken also..the "beautiful "pool was covered with blue tarp outside in the parking lot.. Requested a cancelation and refund and was told that no refund when going through a 3rd party..EXPEDIA, Still waiting for my refund .Honestly, I wouldn't sleep in the car in that parking lot, too many people just hanging around... not a good way to start a road trip vacation..Candy

The room was clean, the shower was hot with the shampoo and body wash smelled great! The tv had movies and our 2 dogs loved being able to run around the room. A decent stay, convenient with easy access to the highway & quiet. It is a bit run-down, though; the hallway carpet needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. The bathroom has some missing/chipped tile, and it could also use a deep clean. The staff was very nice, and overall, we would stay there again.
