The first room we were in smelled horrible, the outlets were broken, the fridge was broken, the toilet wouldn't flush and there were flies. We asked to be moved to a new room and that was granted. However, that room was not any better. The shower looked like it had a urine stain, the bathroom tiles were not secured, the sink would not drain, there was no phone to contact the front desk, the sheets were stained, and half the outlets were still not working. There are also 3 ice machines in the building and only one was working. To top it off there were crowds partying by the pool with teenagers drinking. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for my children to swim and they could not partake in that.

I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay. Upon arrival I could tell the hotel was dirty. I had someone else’s clump of hair stuck to me, bugs everywhere, garbage in the pool, and tiles broken in the pool. We were put on the 5th floor. Half the lights and plugs did not work in our room and the bottom of my bathroom door looked like there was water damage and peeling. The room was dirty. We get back to the hotel around 5pm with some groceries and the elevator stops working while my daughter and I are on it. It was working extremely slow to begin with and was disgustingly dirty. I go to press the emergency buttons and none of them worked. So I called the front desk and was put on hold immediately. So I call again to cut off the lady on the phone to tell her we were stuck, she hung up on me. I had to call back a third time to be told they called the fire department. We were stuck for 45 minutes. My 11 yr old is now traumatized and refuses to take an elevator. Barely received an apology and no offer to refund money. 2 young employees stared at my daughter blatantly and made her uncomfortable. At 7am 4 employees were standing around yelling and swearing at each other. One of my “clean” towels had a dead bug inside it. And there were stains left on the counter top even though they did not refill my coffee k-cups. It was just my daughter and I in a different state. I was told by the staff I could have went to another hotel.

The housekeeper staff was using profanity in front of the guest. The room doors had to be slammed several times before you could lock the door. The shower curtains was filled with mildew. The entire stay was a disgrace to the Holiday Inn corporation named.

While the front desk was friendly, the only elevator was not clean, the hallway floor was dirty, the shower curtain had mold, and then, the elevator was out of service. We had to use the stairway which was also dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.

It wasn't so good, not clean. They gave us room at the 5th floor while difficult for our 2 seniors over 73 with heart problem to walk the stairs. Elevator didn't work and I didn't see any operations to fix it. Looks like poorly managed.

To start our room wasn't ready at 2:45pm ok sure we were 15 mins early. We waited til 4pm and still our room wasn't ready. After driving 4 hours you dont want to wait if its 98 degrees outside. Our first day trip was ruined due to that since we couldn't drop off and go. The breakfast was ok too many kids for my liking for families unfortunately. The pool wasnt clean either really dirty on our first day. Ruined even more with kids making racist remarks at eachother. Overall pool is average not clean is the issue. Room was average at best smelled werid before we when got there. No towels we had to ask. Room cleaning was half efficient because the cleaner folded one bed and left the other undone most of the room untouched nor really worked on. Room design is awful particularly the shower. Was offered points never got anything. Wouldnt recommend and not going with this chain ever again from first impressions. The only thing it has going for it is being near Hershey park but again being understaffed can only be used so much as a excuse for being there 2 days. Also elevator is super slow and broke too theres that. Score:1 or 3 of out ten

I rather sleep in the car next time. Hotel was super Dirty and room was old and outdated. The bathroom shower was clogged and the response I received is no one from maintenance working and we have no rooms available. Morning breakfast all available was muffins and cereal and lady was assigned to the breakfast area was super rude when another customer asked her if the waffle machine maker was broken.Just book a somewhere else save the hassle

Our room had dirty walls and wreaked of marijuana smoke!! The tiles in the bathroom were discolored and looked like they were holding water that could break any moment. While we were there, there was no hot breakfast due to a broken oven, but no discount was given on our nightly cost.

When I got there they told me they had overbooked and told me that it wasn’t their problem. They refused to answer the phones when Expedia attempted to call them to see what was happening. I was then told they would call the police on me if I didn’t leave the hotel. I refused to leave because I was with my young child and had no where to go.

Room was extremely dirty. No mattress pad on the bed. Big stains all over the mattress and box spring. Black specs on the mattress. Bathtub had big yellow stain. Complained to the GM. He offered no solution. Ended up leaving the hotel and booking elsewhere. Would not recommend

I also reconfirmed the amount before checking in. However, after checking out, I was shocked to find multiple transactions on my credit card totaling $350 more than the agreed booking amount. I immediately contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any explanation or resolution. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. The lack of transparency and accountability in the billing process is unacceptable, especially from a reputed group like Hilton. Based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider booking with Hilton properties in the future and will be cautious about recommending them to others. I request that this issue be investigated promptly
