Worth Every Step on Candlewood Lake's Edge Private Docks, Fire Pit, EV Chgr

Experience one of Candlewood Lake's most sought-after lakefront settings.

Luxury Direct Lakefront Retreat | Private Docks | Fire Pit | EV Charger

Welcome to "Worth Every Step to Lake's Edge!" Direct lakefront on Candlewood Lake with 180°+ views, private docks, deep-water swimming (15 ft at ladder), sunrise views, cooler afternoons, fire pit (bring firewood), EV charger, kayaks, and year-round lake access. Sleeps 8 comfortably/maximum. Gated community, 90 minutes from NYC. Guests must be comfortable with stairs—the reward is being just 20 feet from the water. Perfect for boating, fishing, and unforgettable lake memories. Pets welcome with approval.

**Please Read Before Booking - Stairs**
Because the home is built into the hillside, there are interior and exterior stairs. This design allows the house to sit remarkably close to the shoreline—a rare feature that provides spectacular views, outstanding privacy, and immediate access to the lake.

Many lakefront homes require lengthy walks down steep paths between the home and water. Here, you'll spend far more of your vacation enjoying the lake instead of walking back and forth from the home to the water. Steps to enter the home, limited steps to enter the water.

**Guests with mobility limitations should carefully consider whether this home is a good fit.**

**Packing light is recommended and makes arrival much easier. Towels and complementary essentials are provided with your stay. **

Located just 20 feet from the water's edge, this luxury lakefront home offers 180°+ unobstructed panoramic views, deep-water swimming, and immediate access to everything that makes lake life unforgettable. Unlike many lakefront homes that sit high above the shoreline or close to the road with long stairways leading to the water, this home was built exceptionally close to the lake. That means you'll spend your vacation at the water—not walking back and forth to it.

Wake each morning to breathtaking sunrise views over the lake while enjoying coffee from one of several decks or patios. Because the home faces east, you'll enjoy beautiful morning sunshine without the intense afternoon heat common to many west-facing lakefront homes. As the day warms up, the home and outdoor living spaces become comfortably shaded, making afternoons and evenings perfect for swimming, boating, grilling, relaxing with a book, or gathering around the fire pit while enjoying cool lake breezes.

If you prefer sleeping in, the bedrooms feature room-darkening shades, allowing you to enjoy a restful night's sleep while waking on your own schedule.

Whether you're seeking peaceful relaxation, unforgettable family memories, or endless days on the water, this home was designed to deliver an exceptional lakefront experience.
