The property was within walking distance of anything you need/want to do. The beds are small but comfortable. It is pretty quiet there but we did have a white noise machine. Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very kind!

Close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. Elegant rooms but some light fixtures are too big and hung too low. Rooms were very clean as well as the reast of the hotel. We were accidentally sent to the wrong room but that was corrected. Could maybe use more staff during peak check-in Check-out time. But it was a very nice stay.

While the property as a whole looked very nice, our staff was not the greatest. The staff were not good at communicating fees and charges. We utilized their “valet” service which is them parking your car at an undisclosed location, which requires about a 40 min wait to get back. We were charged daily for this service and were charged again after check out, but was not provided any receipts or documentation as their system was “down”.

The Hotel was good, you could hear noise from the street but it’s in the heart of New Orleans so no big deal. What set this hotel apart was the staff. Cynthia was AMAZING! We had a speedy check in and she took great care of us when we were running late for an excursion. My review was only as high as it was because of her, great people make all the difference!

This little gem is close enough to Bourbo Street, but tucked away off the strip and all the noise. It's a quaint historical aesthetics feel luxurious, especially the room private balconies overlooking the pool area.
