The Hotel was very outdated. Great location to Bourbon street but very dark walking back looked unsafe. Little to no security only the front desk. The rooms on the first floor smelled musty and moldy. I did request a room change and was accommodated but the room was down the street in another building that looked like an apartment. Very scary do not recommend.

The room wasnt clean, roaches in the closet, heat didnt work, no insulation as you can see sunlight through the door frame, no sound barrier between the room and the courtyard, morning staff were very loud.

Clean quiet room with a great location in the French Quarter. Not the ultra modern hotel, fits well in the historic area. Elaine at the front desk was awesome - really made you feel special & welcome.

The room was clean and spacious. There was no balcony and it was walk up 3 floors. No assistance was given with our stuff or even told where the room was upon check in. The pictures are deceiving. It’s just a room nothing special, no need for the price increase over any other king room

It was very clean, beautiful old hotel. Staff was kind. Our room was large and comfortable, bed was very comfortable. Only thing we didnt like is that we were on the corner where the hotel sign was and it was very bright at night. We did love the balcony and watching the people on the street.

We had 4 night stay in NOLA in January 26. Hotel is really well situated - easily walkable to key sights, though not not in a place disturbed but those out into early hours. Room was spacious and had everything we need. We were ground floor so bit of noise when first floor guests moving around, but didn’t impact our stay.

Quaint and clean rooms. Old building with French Quarter charm, modern features in the room and bath. Close to everything in the French Quarter. 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Would stay again! Only negative would have liked an in room refrigerator and the pool to be heated.
