We enjoyed our stay at Roami Factors Row. The rooms were nice, clean, and bright. I was disappointed that there was no option for recycling (guests must bag and dispose of our trash in the garbage chute). The supplies were limited, and our host was slow to respond (took 2 days to get washcloths). Aside from those small issues, the property was in a good location, and was a good value for the price. I would stay here again.

Myself and three other ladies traveled from Philly to visit New Orleans and loved our stay at this Roami location. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in perfect distance from all of the hottest places to visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and stay at Roami. This location was the best, near the fun, but not right in the loud noise of the fun.

Good location, less than 15 minutes walk to main attractions. Suppose to be a non smoking facility but definitely smelled like smoke. Clean enough but could be better. Calm location but can get noisy outside building. Place does not provide parking. Paid around $45 for 24 hours but you take a chance on losing your spot if you move your car. It wasn’t a busy weekend so we didn’t have any trouble with leaving and coming back to our spot. Recommend this place & will return.

1st off I was given an upgrade from a studio to a one bedroom at no additional price. The space was incredible, spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed, hot shower with so many amenities. I was afraid of this place having loud music, cold water in the shower and unsecured luggage storage. Neither of those things were the case! There is a secure luggage storage room that is accessible to all hotel guests, but I do think with two points of access entry, it's a risk worth taking as I think most guests would be vigilant of a thief trying to get access. There definitely doesn't appear to be a nearby convenience store and no blasting of music, at least on the side facing Perdido Street The room was spacious, and HUGE. I got a studio and maybe I got a 1-bedroom by mistake, but I was impressed with the size of the room and height of the ceiling. I had all the amenities I needed (towels, toiletries) and the location is truly great. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were weathered, like the sink, but the

I love this place very clean spacious and close to everything walking distance. This time there was a big dog in one of the units that was barking a lot and was very hard to sleep but texted the office managers and they looked and not the issue right away as dogs are not allowed.

The place is just as lovely as the photos! There's so much space, and it's really quiet, too. It's only a 5-minute walk to Bourbon Street, and getting an Uber to other spots is super easy. I would absolutely book here again!

Roami at Factors row was the perfect base for our New Orleans trip! Located in a quite part of the CBD, but within just a few blocks walk from the buzzy French Quarter - it meant we could be part of the action, but also get some peace! We stayed in the three bed, 2 story apartment - it was HUGE! Brilliant facilities, we all had our own bathroom and plenty of space to relax (including our own terrace). It was different not having a physical reception or staff on site - but we didn’t have any issues getting in or finding what we needed. The area was perfect - I was nervous as I’d heard that New Orleans can be dangerous in the evening, but that wasn’t our experience at all. There are lots of spots nearby for fantastic food and drinks… and it’s walkable to all the tourist spots. Would highly recommend!
