We had an amazing stay at this property! It’s perfectly located, less than 15 minutes from Canal Street, making it easy to explore all the best parts of New Orleans. The home is spacious and beautifully furnished with three comfortable king beds. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals. On-site parking was a huge bonus! The host was extremely communicative and always available to assist. We will definitely be renting this property again whenever we're in New Orleans, as long as it's available! Highly recommend!

Saints Game

The stay was great we had a blast!! Maxx is an awesome host and person! The house was clean and great location! The restaurant next door had great food! It was closed on the weekend but Monday morning we had breakfast which was awesome! It’s a local bar near the home and the neighborhood was quiet and safe! We will stay again

Awesome and quiet.

Excellent, quiet, and safe location. Landlord Max is an excellent host and very friendly. I've been to New Orleans over 15 times and this was by far the safest and quietest location. House was very neat and clean. Landlord's deli/grocery right next door. Closes at 2 so no night traffic. Highly recommend.

Home for the holidays

We were back home after Christmas to visit friends and family for the holidays as we do every year. This was the perfect, quiet, and convenient location for us this year. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, even an oven and all the necessary supplies to bake banana nut bread gifts for everyone. The snacks, bottled beverages, and coffee supplies were a fabulous added bonus! Owner was great with communication and even let us come early once property was ready and quickly answered our questions. Next door to the house is the Arabi Food Store, which is a small grocery and diner, so it was a win win. We would stay again and recommend it to others.
