A completely renovated classic New Orleans home, guests are welcomed into a spacious living room that transitions seamlessly to a formal dining area with seating for six. Lined with beautiful custom windows and stunning local art, the space is bathed in natural light. Two large bedrooms each featuring a queen bed and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances lend plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax! Centrally located, our home is a perfect base to experience all of New Orleans! The space The front and back porch are great spaces to enjoy a sunset or get some fresh air and savor the view of hundred year old oaks lining the boulevard. The home is walking distance from the Fairgrounds of New Orleans which hosts Jazz Fest, horse racing, and other events year round. Historic and beautiful City Park which features the New Orleans Museum of Art, hiking trails, birdwatching, fishing, golf, and more is only a two minute car ride away. The rest of the attractions in the city - the French Quarter, Superdome, CBD, etc. are all within a 10 minute car ride!
Guest will need to access the front porch by walking up the staircase seen in our photo of the exterior. Please note this, but once inside the listing is all on a singular level. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire unit (the house is a quad-plex). There is a dedicated off street parking space as well as ample street parking. The front and back porches are shared with the tenant of the other upstairs unit. Other things to note We provide the following for our guests to maximize your experience:
