First off we were given one of the oldest rooms and you could tell. The chairs had body fluid stains as did the carpet. Next I had to keep asking the front desk for housekeeping to come turn down our room, they never came. I brought this up to the front desk and they stated turn down services are everyday and they were not sure why housekeeping kept skipping our rooms. This was just an overall bad experience

Great experience

Great experience as always. Staff was attentive. They are in the process up updating rooms but it’s still looks nice. I always stay here when I come to town. Also you will have to pay for valet which is $55 dollars. Rooms deposit are $150 . I didn’t see it in the fine print. So I posted it

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs while staying there. The location was so convenient! Very walkable to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Thank you!
