Steps from our 2nd floor walk-up is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter.

Perfect place to stay

This place really is a gem! It was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and there was information about the area left for us, which helped as we had never been to NOLA before. We were within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The streetcar being less than a block away was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the condo. Neat,clean and organized and more TV channel options than any VRBO we have stayed at. Terrific location steps from streetcar and bus transportation. Walking distance from shops and restaurants also. Great communication with Brandon, our host. Very simple house rules. French Quarter about 20 minutes away by streetcar. Highly recommended.

Great Location in the Garden District

This one-bedroom has a great location. Near the St. Charles St. Trolley to get you to the Warehouse/Arts District or the French Quarter or Tulane. Easy walking distance to Magazine St. for shopping, eating and drinking. The property has a dedicated off-street parking spot. Sweet little condo located near streetcar stop. There’s a market across the street.

We spent hours walking the Garden District, sitting in the courtyard. And when we wanted music and great food... it was a streetcar ride away! Hint; get streetcar passes, you’ll be surprised how much you use them.
