The hotel is clean, very well located, and well maintained. However, our kitchenette was practically unusable, even for just coffee and ceral because the largest cabinet had been nailed shut and the silverware was in a wierd shalliw drawer that was impossible to open or close. Our biggest complaint is that although we are in our mid 60s and my husband is in a wheel, n9ne of the staff ever came out from behind the desk to help us with the libby doors. In fact, we had been there several daus before anyone even told us there was a ramp in the gatage (very steep; not ADA compliant) we could use.

Terrible stay , room wasn’t ready . We couldn’t use toilet, it was leaking from the bottom all over floor . Told them and they sent maintenance but didn’t fix nothing .

Our room was nice but had a few issues especially with the money spent, such as: The bed was horribly uncomfortable, there was a crack in the main door that you could see light through, the room smelled horribly like it had been sprayed with raid. We had to keep the door open & exhaust fan on to clear it out. Other than that, we have no complaints.
