I’ll keep it brief as possible. Who wants to have to manually open and close a broken gate upon entering and leaving a property? Spent an hour “troubleshooting” WiFi when the whole time WiFi password was actually wrong.Sinks in both bathrooms upstairs backed up when in use and leaked on the floor.A big part of us renting this property was for the “heated pool” and lights in the pool that are supposed to keep the party going after dark.I quickly noticed the pool would not heat so I called the host. Them and only then he tells me that the pool has a leak and tell me to drop a timed hose in it to refill it so that it could heat up. Pool did heat although that lasted 15 minutes before it was cold again. On top of that one of the two pool lights was broken which he replied with “I wasn’t aware of that”. Like it isn’t his property.My wife and sister and law had to clean up the backyard there was leaves, bugs, etc in the pool.There’s more but I’m tired of typing. But to top it off when I made the host aware he got an attitude with me like I was the problem. I honestly don’t know how he’s gotten all of these perfect ratings. Never again.
