Its in middle of city thats only good thing otherwise this facility is worst then motel.. Bathroom shower knob not working.. no phone directory or operator or housekeeping available.. Worst thing was no morning coffee and when asked we were told they don’t have filters.. and moreover asked us to drink coffee at nearby gas station.. rooms were newly painted but you can clearly see broken things..

There for 3 nights, they never came to clean the room or replace towels. We asked for towels twice and they said they were out. We ran out of soap in the shower and asked for it to be refilled, but wasn’t. There was dried vomit, two places, in the hall the whole time we were there.

It’s the perfect location to stay for a layover from one train to another. Less than 5 minutes from the station. St. Charles Trolley runs in front, and sitting in the lobby for breakfast watching them go by is so nice.
