Toilet took multiple flushes after using the bathroom. Had to use the trash can to pour additional water in the toilet to get enough volume to flush everything. The refrigerator door wouldn’t shut all the way so items inside were warm. There was no shampoo in the shower. The dispenser in there was full with three bottles but none of them were shampoo. Those “eggs” in the continental breakfast were not good. Staff was friendly.

Let over food from yesterday as breakfast! Rust inside the hotels room, no great option for the breakfast provided. Front desk and valet guy (day shift) not helpful and very horrible customers service, unethical in so many levels.

Convenient location

Three night stay. The best thing about this stay was the convenient location. 10 mins walk to the train station and an easy walk to both the Garden District and the French Quarter. The St Charles Streetcar passes right out front. It is also right next to the National WW2 Museum. The room though was small and the window was into an internal hallway. Bathroom size ok and both room and bathroom were clean. The room safe was locked and in the back of a closet with no light. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. It was quiet and I had good sleeps. There is no guest laundry and no laundry service at all. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Poor wifi, slow and constantly cut out. Breakfast was included, but options and quality were generally not great. I would look for another option next time.

We booked a King bed with extra room. When we got there they gave us a double room and then tried to tell us that the double was more expensive than the king. Staff was not helpful at all. They were worried about the cars parked in the back because they keep getting broken into

Convenient to WW2 Museum and Trolley stop

We had a great stay! The employees were friendly and helpful! We had to ask for towels - a room for 5 people only had 3 towels to start with. Main areas were clean and beautifully decorated with fun NOLA music playing! Bed comfort could use some work, but the kids didn't complain! Breakfast was good with plenty of seating! Awesome location for WW2 Museum and trolley stop! We even walked to/from French Quarter a couple of times....but it is several blocks! We felt safe the entire time! Overall great stay!!

The room was clean and comfortable despite being the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly. The shower was the only thing that was a little frightful. It was either scalding, tepid or cold and was impossible to find a middle ground. Other than that our stay was very comfortable. I’m grateful my son didn’t attempt a shower as there would have been lots of screaming.

Breakfast and the breakfast area were excellent!!! The shower was more narrow than normal. The king size bed filled the room. The door was not a good fit with the door frame. So, it was securely locked, but you could see into the hallway under the door knob. I took extra shoes to walk all the way to the parking garage. As a female I would not have done that alone. Charmaine, at the front desk, she was so helpful and sweet!
