Our first room had a water bug in it on the wall. When we told them, they did change us to a new room but the damage was alright done. I will not book this hotel again.

Clean facility, staff friendly and accompanying. Transportation to and from airport quick and friendly. Our room the AC was not working and staff sent a person to look at the AC within 10 min… the AC was frozen and they were able to put us in another room with working AC quickly.
