Overall a nice place to stay.

Debbie at the front desk was excellent during check in. Being our first trip to NOLA, she answered all of our questions and got us scheduled for a tour of the city. We rented a superior king room and it had a strong mold/mildew odor when we opened the door. The bathroom sink had a huge crack in it and the shower head was not properly threaded and sprayed everywhere. The volume on the TV didn't work and the phone was broken. We did call about the TV and they immediately had someone come up to fix it. The room in my opinion wasn't the cleanest and had some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Our bed was comfortable, the rooms a/c worked great and kept our room nice and cool. The hotel courtyard was pleasant with fans blowing and had a refreshing water station set up for hotel guest. Overall we had a great stay and would come back.

Beautiful hotel right in the center of the French Quarter. Close to everything you need in the city and more. Staff is nice and the rooms are spacious and especially quiet during the nights near Bourbon Street.

Clean and comfortable.

Great stay. Parking unhandy and extra charge. Room a bit small for 2 people, but comfortable, Bed very comfortable and quiet. I would stay again if in the area.

Great location, here’s a pro tip, park at rampart public parking garage. It’s covered and secure, and the best part i paid 50$ for 2 days instead of 50$ a night at the hotel.

Customer service was great. Location is convenient. You're close enough to the fun but can still get a good night's sleep. The only issue was the bathroom door not locking. Other than the door repair, the stay was pleasant.

Nice Room, service was on Summer light duty.

Was there for 4 nights, room was nice and large. Service staff didn’t clean much, just replaced towels. Didnt replace bottles of water at all. If the price was right, might stay there again. Was close to bourbon street and lots of restaurants.

The property is fantastic. The location is perfect for Bourbon as well as any other attraction you want to visit. The only downside is parking is $50/night which we were not aware of until we arrived. But the staff is really wonderful.

We were in room 512 and recommend it for any one wanting to experience a little paranormal activity! Sounded like a marble being dropped and rolled around on the floor during the night. Also had pressure on the bed next to us one night, as of someone was leaning on the mattress. It wasn't frightening and we never felt in danger. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. There was no free breakfast as some sites advertised for this location but it is a few steps from two Cafe Beignet locations. Also it is a block away from Bourbon Street but the noise was never an issue. We would stay here again.
