This unique 3 bedroom (every bedroom has a door )2 full bath townhome is tucked away in historic Mid-City, near Bayou Saint John and the Lafitte Greenway biking path. 4 blocks from trolley streetcar line that takes you to/ from beautiful haunted cemeteries to City Park and the French Quarter. dinning within blocks away the famous Parkway Tavern, Mandina's, Katie's and Bayou Beer Garden just to name a few. Close to the fairgrounds for Jazz Festival and City Park for Voodoo Festival. Perfect for large groups traveling to the city for a local experience.
The townhome offers plenty of outdoor entertainment space, the front and back porches are a perfect for morning coffee, puffing your favorite cigar, or sunset cocktails after a long day out in New Orleans. There is plenty of seating out there as well as a charcoal grill, a fire pit. The home boasts an open floor plan to comfortably entertain. The kitchen is fully-equipped kitchen with dining table. Other features include laundry (washer, dryer, detergent, dryer sheets, ironing board and steamer/iron combo, Smart TV, wifi and central AC.

We also have a driveway that can easily fit 3 cars. We don't recommend you blocking the sidewalk as they will ticket you for that.
5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to everything ! 4 blocks to Canal Street. A few blocks from the Lafitte Greenway, which is the new bike path that goes from Mid City all the way to the French Quarter! You're only 5 minutes away from the Superdome, 5-10 minutes away from the French Quarter and Frenchmen Street, 8 minutes away from the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest and 5 minutes away from City Park to attend the Voodoo Festival!


Mid-City is Quirky, unpretentious and funky. It is Known Canal Street Streetcar, Stately Canal Street homes, Charming bungalows, Eclectic restaurants and bars

Take the trolley streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue. Super cute, colorful and charming! Property is a duplex with large aggressive dogs that you have to share a backyard with and could not walk in the backyard due to a multitude of dog crap! I would highly recommend the house if the dogs were gone. I do not recommend if the dogs stay, simeone is going to get hurt!

Awesome house!! We couldn't get over all the cute decor and NOLA vibes. My favorite is the Christmas tree! We were thankful to be able to park in the driveway and feel that the house was in a great location for heading to do tourist activities. Everything was a close drive. No issues at the house whatsoever. Everything worked great and was easy to figure out.

Great location!

We enjoyed the use of the house and its close proximity to all things New Orleans. The shared wall is rather thin and we could hear the neighbors dog every time it got the zoomies, but other than that it was absolutely everything we expected and more! It was so convenient having access to a washer and dryer.

Our stay was lovely! The house was beautiful and accommodated the seven of us very comfortably. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The Mardi Gras theme is perfect for the area. The hosts responded quickly to my questions and the whole process of staying there was easy. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. I do wish the grass had been cut shorter prior to our stay. But the backyard itself felt magical with the twinkly lights and decorations. Only sort of complaint is the driveway is not paved and sort of tricky to maneuver into because of the narrow street and there would not be much parking without it. But again a small complaint for an otherwise lovely home and stay.

The condo was decorated beautifully. I will say the only issue we had was the person staying next door had some dogs that kept some of our group up all night due to the thin walls. I love staying in Mid City due to how accessible it is to so many things. This condo in particular was an excellent choice for that. The private driveway was also a plus and hard to come by in New Orleans. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and exactly as described. Hosts were responsive during booking process, check in/out was a breeze, place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed and more. Beds comfy, kitchen supplied, bathrooms spacious. Plenty of linens and starter supplies. Great location, easy access to buses/streetcars, walking distance to a lot of things, good parking… this place had everything! Felt very safe in the house and whenever we left even when walking to the bus stops a few blocks away.

Very comfortable. Like be at home and so very nice. Family member in hospital so all day at hospital and coming in the evening back to the rental was so relaxing. Like our own home! If were in NO again this will be our first choice! Awesome!

Perfect Jazz Fest Accommodations

We had a great stay! A family trip visiting bit Jazz Fest and the Zurich Classic. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. The home is just as described with awesome decor and all necessary amenities. The backyard area was great for hanging out after the events. Can not say enough good things. Will definitely be back!

Funtastic

Great location and easy to get to different areas of NOLA. Street car access was a short walk. The back yard is beautiful! The house was wonderful and spacious. The kitchen is a little tight but we also had 3 BIG teenage boys all with us that don’t mess around about food! lol The a/c was wonderful after a hot day spent in the French quarters. All around wonder stay!

Great for a Friends trip!

I went with 6 of my friends for my birthday and the location of the property is perfect! We were able to walk to the street cars and road it into town to see the Mardi gras parade! Also a quick uber from bourbon and a bunch of other popular locations! Property was also really clean and accommodated us perfectly! Would stay again!

comfortable, pure NOLA

A very nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Short Uber drives to zoo, French Quarter, and Frenchman's Street. Rouse's supermarket is a short drive or an energetic walk away. Very comfortable for four adults. Decor leaves no doubt that you are in New Orleans. We arrive the day before the unofficial start of Carnival and the Mardi Gras tree and lights were already up. Communication with the hosts was great.
