Was overall a nice day with a spacious room and spotless when we arrived. Our room was next to a corner of two streets, so it was loud one trying to sleep. Sometimes the staff was courteous and very informative about about parking and where to go within the city.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the last few years. Always a clean room, hot shower and I feel safe. Location is great you can walk anywhere or get on a streetcar. Rates are always affordable. I will say it can get a little loud around 5am for trash pick up but it just maybe where your room is located.

As someone a little thin blooded and usually cold, what stood out for me was that the heat was always on in my room. I did not have to touch the controller once. The heat came on and stayed on. There were a few chilly days so it was perfect!!!!

The room was clean, the staff was friendly. The concierge made a great recommendation for a restaurant nearby. The breakfast buffet was standard hotel fare, but both waffle makers were working and stocked. My family thought the hallway lighting in the room areas was too dark though.
