I recently stayed at Maison Dupuy and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to Bourbon Street and other French Quarter attractions, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat from the crowds. It was a fantastic stay!

The rooms were run down and small. They charge $56 for there parking garage which is not explained. The toilet was clogged also.

Love the location and staff but our room was really bad. I wanted to say something but being there 2 nights didnt feel like i could. Our toilet didnt flush and when it did it would come all the way to the top and slowly go down. Our bed almost reached the tv table so we had to squeeze by to get to the other side of the room. Our fridge was randomly just on the floor under the window. I really loved Masion Duphy but this room was terrible.

I came with my son for spring break as a mom and son trip before he leaves me for college and I have got to say it was an amazing trip! Everything about this hotel was great! The only issue was the ac did not get very cool, but I kind of expected it. It is an old building after all. The staff was so nice and welcoming! They recommended places to eat, things to do and were so accommodating! I enjoyed all the charms the hotel has to offer including the pool area! Very beautiful. I would definitely come back!

Staff are fantastic. Made the stay super enjoyable. Remember: his is a historic hotel in a historic city. It isn’t meant to be a four star resort. It has character and vibe for days and I will stay there before an overpriced sterile plastic corporate hotel any day!

I love staying at this property, and have enjoyed all my visits. My only warning is for the bathroom. All of the rooms I have stayed in have folding French doors on the bathroom that do not close completely. When staying with a partner or close friends/family, this is not an issue. It does make trips with work colleagues a little awkward.

The Maison DuPuy, while being in a great location for walking the tourist area has become old and in need of repairs. The elevators made stress noises and was a concern to us. In addition, we had to ask for a blow dryer and towels twice as housekeeping missed our room. The TV sound did not come on either. I probably woukd not book a room here again.

Like many NOLA hotels Maison Depuy could use a deep clean and paint. Otherwise a nice spot that’s walkable. Jonathan was great at the front desk. Courtyard was clean and nice.

I recently stayed at the Maison Dupuy Hotel in New Orleans, and overall, it was a solid experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the entire stay pleasant. The best part about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s close to all the fun activities, great restaurants, and everything you’d want to explore in the French Quarter. The hotel itself is average—not bad, but nothing exceptional. My only real complaint was that they didn’t serve breakfast during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown. Other than that, I had no major issues, and I would still recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in New Orleans.
