Stately neoclassical mansions, cool cafes, eclectic eateries and homey pubs line Magazine Street where the property is located. Handmade jewelry, local antiques and vintage Mardi Gras costumes are on sale at the monthly Little Flea NOLA market, while a stretch of Magazine Street has antiques shops and clothing boutiques. Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots.

August in New Orleans means warm nights thick with jasmine, the low hum of a streetcar rounding the corner, and the kind of neighborhood energy that pulls you outside before your coffee cools. This second-floor Magazine Street unit puts you at the center of it all - two balconies, three bright bedrooms, and a full home setup that makes the city feel like yours for however long you stay.
Living space
Tall windows draw natural light across warm hardwood floors and thoughtfully curated décor that feels rooted in the character of the street below. The open-concept living area gives the space an easy, unhurried feel - somewhere to gather after a long day of exploring, or to linger over a slow morning before stepping out. A 55-inch HDTV with Netflix and Roku keeps the evenings comfortable when you'd rather stay in.
Sleeping arrangements
Three quiet, well-appointed bedrooms are set up for genuine rest. Room-darkening shades, plush linens, and ample clothing storage - including closets and dressers - make settling in straightforward. The unit sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 beds.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking. You'll find a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool electric stove, Whirlpool single oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, baking sheet, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. A freezer, dishes, silverware, and coffee round out everything you'd need for a home-cooked meal or a lazy breakfast between neighborhood days.
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and fresh towels. Each includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - no hunting for essentials.
Outdoor living
Both the front and rear balconies give you private outdoor space to ease into the day or catch the energy of the street below. During parade season, they're a front-row perch for local festivities. For quieter mornings, they're just as good with a cup of coffee and nowhere to be.
Work & convenience
Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with a door keep you productive when needed. In-unit washer and dryer make longer stays practical, and central air conditioning and heating keep the unit comfortable through New Orleans' warm, humid summers. Families are well catered for - a pack 'n play and high chair are available on request, along with babysitter recommendations if needed. Self check-in via smart lock, exterior security cameras, and a full set of safety equipment - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit - are all in place. Free street parking and long-term stays of 28 days or more are available.
