I had a balcony room and as soon as you open, the balcony looked over the pool, and it looked like the homeless trashed out on the other side of the hotel, which you can see in the hotel was facing a burnt apartments so that is the only issue I have they probably just need to put a black netting for the people not to see them Side of the burnt apartment and also the trashed out area behind it.

Our family has stayed at this property for many years before it closed down. The hotel was wonderful under the previous owner. Our stay this time was disappointing; maybe not soo much disappointing as sad. No decor, no bar, no restaurant, no carpet in the rooms...so, sounds in the hallways reverberated, people coming into their rooms late into the night, very loud and hinders sleep for other guests. On a more positive note, our car was in the parking lot on the property, which was well worth the parking fee, restaurants and the French Market were close by.

We loved the size of our room. We loved the convenience of the location. We walked everywhere. They have a beautiful pool. A great cup of coffee. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great location, just a block from activities! The parking was easy to get in and out of it. The room was clean and the bed was nice, however, it got a little cold at night. I wish there were extra blankets in the room.

Room in the French Quarter

It is a nice hotel both close to the French Quarter sites without the noise. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only negative was that you could hear people in the hallway at night. We still slept well in our comfy bed.

The location was excellent, but the bar and food area in the hotel was closed the entire week we were there. Charged for parking in their parking lot which should be included considering how much we paid for the stay an entire week. Room was dirty from previous people.
