This property is great. Location is perfect! Not to far from all the crowd, but close enough that you can walk to everything. The staff is friendly, especially Front Desk employee Brian! He was such a help with recommendations, how to move around the property, & best spots to visit! The pool is nice and parking is gated!

Property was within walking distance to everything in the French Quarters and only 15-20 minutes away from Bourbon Street. Staff were very friendly and sweet. Pool was very nice. Coffee and tea bar in the mornings were fun too as you got to meet other people staying at the hotel. Convenient location we did not need a vehicle since the location was so great.

A remodel a few years ago has removed the old dusty carpets and the new look is sleek. The rooms are very spacious, the area of the French Quarter is remarkably quiet, and the pool was lovely. I'd suggest the give the furniture more vaccuming and dusting, and remove furniture when the upholstery has worn away and the stuffing shows. Also, would be really nice to have an ice water station like so many other hotels, but really appreciate that the substitute was complimentary bottled water. Water is essential in New Orlean.

We had such a fantastic one-night stay! The staff were super friendly and really helpful, especially after our long 10-hour drive. It all started with a big New Orleans welcome at the front desk. We were a little early but were able to get to our room promptly. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. It was like you were her family. Location was perfect for enjoying all of the city. The rooms were in great condition. The air conditioning was amazing. If you are visiting in the summer you will understand. We will only stay there going forward.
