What earned this hotel three stars was the staff. If I could get the staff five stars and rate this hotel of one I most certainly would. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn’s better than this particular hotel specifically the rooms. There was one singular uncomfortable chair. There was no Chase there was no bench as depicted in many of the photos. There’s a lot of room but nowhere to sit except for the bed the chair itself was a desk chair. They should also have a detachable mirror that way multiple people can get dressed at one time at different locations in the room. They also advertise that this was a Riverview, my daughter and I joke that it is a “sliver view.” it’s a sliver small piece of the river. You’re actually seeing the Westons view of the Riverview. It literally took us forever to find the actual river. Let’s just say that. But the staff was superb very courteous, very professional. I also need to know that this location does not have a microwave anywhere on the facility. Often times my daughter and I will travel. And we need a microwave somewhere because we never eat all of our food at these very expensive restaurants. The kitchen did not even have our microwave to warm up our $300 meal previously eaten. That was a major disappointment. Note the bathrooms are very much outdated. Do not trust the ratings on Expedia read the reviews..
