Overall the hotel was clean, but you can see some wear and tear in the room furniture, walls, etc. AC worked, but the room still felt humid, likely due to the rain but still uncomfortable. Also the floor wasn't too clean, walking bare foot in our room was not a good idea. Staff were very nice, no issues there.

For a tiny room with NO amenities (fridge/microwave, desk/chairs, i.e.) to also not have television and Wifi was almost too much. Tried to figure out what the various electrical cords went to since bedside lamp and charging station didn't work but under the bedframe was filthy. Sheet and thin coverlet led me to request a blanket, which had a huge holes in it. No handsoap or a full set of towels in the bathroom. Toilet was not seated correctly and rocked. "Window" overlooked a stairwell. Only positives were the friendly staff and a working thermostat.
