The location is nice because it is not far from everything but u still in the city. There is also the option of taking the city’s street car because it stops right in front the hotel. Our stay was great and I would definitely recommended the hotel to anyone. They accept pets too.

Great hotel with lovely staff and a welcoming environment. Very close to numerous restaurants along St. Charles and Magazine St. There is a trolly stop right in front of the hotel that takes you directly to both the French Quarter and Tulane. Also a short bus/drive to City Park. Unbeatable location, price, and environment!

This property had so much character. It was unique and pretty quiet. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful. There were a couple buildings with rooms... We stayed in a small one. We were on the second floor with a lot of stairs (they did ask if there were any issues with stairs in our group). It was clearly a very old building with some updates- I would say well over 100 years old. We had 3 rooms for our party - the 2 of us right next to each other did have hot water issues with the shower (not the sink though?). The doors don't have a good seal so there was a soft spot in front of mine. BUT, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked, and you could tell some updates had been done. We had brand new TVs in our rooms. It was convenient to the streetcar, walking distance to the WWII museum, and there was a seafood restaurant next door. We didn't use the pool and hot tub, but they were clean and the area was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fairly priced stay near the Port of New Orleans. Good parking options and I enjoyed the safety of the gated-type grounds. Pool and spa were nice.

I was very unhappy with the state of my room. There was multiple issues with the space and it screamed “landlord special” all around. One night it rained and the rain leaked into my room through the gaping cracks in my room door.

The room was comfortable and clean. Thought it was weird the air conditioner was under the table but not a big issue. About 2 blocks from the trolley so no need to drive anywhere. We parked on the street which saved 25 dollars a day.

Property was quiet and clean. Nice courtyards, stray cats on property that staff care for, not friendly but curious and will walk around you but no petting. Room was clean, no carpeting, bathroom needed some grout work and there were some very noisy pipes. Street car passes right in front, small parking lot for cars behind checkin and another across the street. Lovely place, would recommend, would visit again

My wife and I stayed at Maison St. Charles before a cruise for our honeymoon. So far we have enjoyed the trolley stop near by and Mr. Ed’s restaurant. The front desk staff was very helpful with giving us an early check in without us even having to ask. The rooms are very clean and unique too!

Unprofessional Staff Members

I booked a 3 night stay for me and my family and never received my $100 deposit back for parking and I don’t even own a car ! The manger there told me I was charged for 3 nights of parking & I never had a car to park for the start I don’t even know how I had to pay a deposit for parking that I never asked for either and they never responded back ! Or put my money back on my card either so what I just lose out ? Overall the stay was wonderful until this issue at checkout and I still never heard anything back about it ! Can I have my deposit back please and thank you
