This place is walkable from the French quarter, but out of the way enough that it was quiet at night. The staff was super helpful (our room was even ready several hours early and we were able to check in early). And the rooms were very nice

This boutique hotel was perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and service. Staff were always more than willing to help which made One11 such a great experience. I could not recommend staying here more. One thing - A daily room tidy would be nice, but otherwise cannot fault One11.

Beautiful tucked away boutique hotel. Large clean rooms in French Quarter. Right along side of the Mississippi River. Walkable to every bar and restaurant. Few blocks from Jackson Square. Hotel staff always pleasant. Rooms clean n beds cozy with soft linens. Have stayed in this hotel many times. Looking forward to staying next trip to New Orleans

Cold room. Offered space heater so they knew rooms were cold. Asked for blankets they did not have any, but gave us flat sheets instead. Finally got blankets a day later and they were thin and both me and my husband were cold the whole time. Asked for service for the next day once and they came an hour later that we were not ready. We enjoy the location, it’s absolutely perfect to enjoy all NOLA has to offer. But One11 has a comfortable atmosphere, nice amenities & it is clean. Parking is especially convenient. We go to New Orleans regularly & One11 is one of my favorite hotels.

If it were just about the room, I would give it 5 stars. The room was incredible. We had the suite with the terrace overlooking the river and the town. The room was big, clean, and you could not beat the size. The bed was comfortable and the tv selection was great. You have to request to have your room cleaned. Breakfast is small and basic, no restaurant at the property and front desk, bartender, cleaning people were not friendly or nice. I received a grunt as a reply to my thank you when someone dropped off water to my room. No one helped with our luggage we had to carry it up and down the steps of the lobby. If you don’t need amenities or clean up and just need a room, this is a great place but don’t expect to be swept off your feet with service.

Excellent hotel! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Joel! Location is awesome!! Close to everything, but quiet and calm surroundings. The only downfall was a train passes a couple times a night, and It sounds like it’s in the room…they provide earplugs, but I didn’t use them.

Overall it was a nice room, but small. It was close to everything. However we were there for three nights, and they never serviced our room. Also the complimentary breakfast was pretty poor. We only ate it one day. Pancakes were cold and limited options.

Very cool hotel since it was once a sugar mill and the newest hotel to open in half a century in the French Quarter. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfy, you easily can walk to Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the French Quarter in under 5 minutes. but can sleep well by not being in the middle of those louder streets.
