I would say this was an excellent choice overall! I would definitely choose to stay here over one of the larger hotels nearby; you're getting top-tier value and service for your money at a lower cost. Rooms are clean, well-equipped, and my fourth floor room had a super high ceiling, which was a nice touch! Windows are large, and curtains are blackout, so you get the best of both worlds. The bathroom is very modern and clean, with a nice showerhead and good water pressure. Beds were comfy, lighting was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a mini fridge in the room! In terms of security, the front door is locked 24/7 and can only be opened by your keycard, which was good for peace of mind. The area around can be a bit seedy, but that's not their fault. Hotel staff are absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. I wish I got their names so I could provide specifics, but the folks I interacted with were amazing! Thank you again, and if/when I return to NOLA, I have no hesitation in staying here again.

Hotel location is very good. Rm 107 is a large room and bath, next to an elevator with a concrete wall view. The shower water pressure was on low-side and never got really hot. There is public parking is across the street.
