This hotel was extremely dirty and filthy beyond imagination. There was no prior cleaning before we checked into our room 259 and the water took an entire day to get warm for us to shower. There were used condoms on the floor, dirty sheets, bugs on the wall, dirty mini fridge and the outlets did not work. We had one lamp in the room and the bathroom lights to work with. For an establishment to be so concerned with keeping your card number and supervising if you even take breakfast to your room, there needs to be a serious policy on cleanliness and sanitation, as well as the efficiency of electricity. I will never stay here again.

Open the motel door and there was an overwhelming smell of smoke. The room was filthy crumbs left over from the past guest. The bedsheets had burn holes in them. The ceiling had water and mold spots. The vent was covered in dust. The tub was dirty, and the attachment was off of the shower the toilet seat seats had spots all over it. I immediately turned around and went to the office to tell them the room was unacceptable. He gave me a key to another room to look at. It was just as worse I returned the key to the office and said the room was unacceptable and needed a refund and he refused. My family and I traveled eight hours to the destination and had to spend additional money to check into unacceptable hotel. The whole site is disgusting. There are broke down vehicles out there and drug addicts walking around freely. The quality Inn East is a nightmare stay far away and don’t let the pictures for you on the Internet!

The refrigerator in the room smelled like mildew. The microwave did not have a plate so we could not use it. The phone was connected with a power cord but not with a phone line so we could not call the front desk to report the problems in the room. We asked the front desk for a partial credit, and they said that we would have to work with Expedia to get a credit for the room.
