There was a problem with the valet parking every day. When I complained at the front desk, I was told “yeah, I’m not surprised”. Housekeeping was on it. 2 towels for 3 people, bathroom gel missing and had to request room to be done two days out of five. The times I contacted staff about issues, it seemed they didn’t really care.

This was a great property for its location and also the amenities it offers. The view in the lobby is gorgeous and was perfect for days we got rained in on. The staff at the lounge was the best and Roxy at the concierge was amazing. Housekeeping wasn’t the best.

We had an amazing stay at the Westin Hotel in New Orleans! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and offered direct access to the mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and entertainment. The food and drinks were excellent, adding to the overall experience. We found the pricing reasonable, especially for a special occasion like Mother’s Day weekend. When we return to New Orleans, we will absolutely book here again. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service!

Valet at the Westin Hotel steals items out truck.

Hotel stay was great but experience ruined by items missing out of vehicle. After paying $63 to valet, they stole expensive cologne and other items out of my vehicle. Items were in my console and they tried to rearrange things hoping I wouldn’t notice. Contacted the hotel and I’m being given the run around, hotel blaming the valet and the valet not returning calls. I used the valet service with the Westin to have a peace of mind thinking my vehicle would be safe only to have their service be the one who stole from me!
