No. Just NO!

We are longtime clients of Red Roof because of our pups, but we were totally…disgusted! Now, I understand that it was Mardi Gras and, having grown up in Baton Rouge, that maybe the area there in Kenner is not the best, but it was all just a mess. The grounds, inside and out, were filled with trash, pool area included, all over the parking lots in front and back, cans overflowing, everything. No coffee or breakfast—again, the excuse of Mardi Gras, I suppose, didn’t bother asking. Out of necessity, we got a handicapped accessible room, #122 or something, that gave off a horror movie kinda vibe, with a closet-like room that had a latch on the OUTSIDE, and a very strange shower setup. Furniture was a wreck, had to wedge a drawer shut so we wouldn’t hit it during our stay, but the wooden bedframe was LARGER than the mattress so we did hit the corners of that a few times. I honestly wish we’d taken pictures so that we could post them! Needless to say, we will NOT stay there again!!! The absolute worst Red Roof in the many years that we’ve happily stayed with them.

I paid 200.00 (this is not the Hilton, right) for one night for a room that slept 4. Dirty. My family and I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water and only 2 towels for all of us. When I complained to the front desk, I was told to wait 30 minutes per person so that the water could heat! And as far as the towels, well there were no more towels. NO REFUND, NO CREDIT, NO CONCERN. Never coming here again!!

.way overpriced fir the buildings condition elevator smelled like a wet dog sleeps there everyday the pool hasn't been cleaned in forever they didn't makeup the room and when i asked for towels he said they don't have any so i had to go to Walmart for towels i also required 4 towels because of 2 adults and 2 children wete on the reservation on the plus side it had hot water and no bugs

We stayed the weekend for an adult softball tournament. Didn't plan on being in the room much so went a little cheaper than normal. For the price I'm not going to complain too much, but definitely could of been cleaner. Convenient location, staff was really friendly and helpful.

The room was in terrible condition. All they had left was a smoking room so we took it. There were broken mirrors, cigarette holes in sheets, graffiti on the furniture, ran out of hot water. Asked to have it repaired and no one responded after multiple attempts. I wish them the best. But they need to at least offer customer service.

We had booked a 3 night stay for the super-bowl. We checked out after the first night. The bedding was dirty. The bathroom filthy and nasty. The entire room was insanitary. DO NOT STAY HERE!! .
