I had a really nice stay during the French Quarter Fest which was a pretty busy weekend. The place was nice spacious and clean. Location was great, a few minutes walk to most places I wanted to go. I am definitely staying here the next time I stay in New Orleans.

Excellent location! I stayed in 502, 2 bed/2 bath. Loved the space, especially the wraparound patio. If the weather was warmer I would have appreciated chaise lounges and dining table for outdoor lounging/meals. I’d stay again when back in NO

The location is fantastic, especially during Mardi Gras – the parades pass right outside the door. However, it’s very loud and access can be difficult during parade days. You’re assigned a random flat, and unfortunately ours had no window in the bedroom and only a grey wall view from the living area. We wouldn’t have booked had we known this. The fridge stopped working but staff came quickly to check it and it started working again the next day. Cleaning was okay but not great. Amazing location, but room quality seems to vary.
