The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were amazingly friendly! The location is nice - situated close to but not in the French Quarter. The bed was very close to the air conditioner and it made it difficult to get the temperature adequately adjusted. Parking was awesome!

Hotel was in a great location, right off trolly stop. cafes and restaurants near by. Quiet area. Bluebike racks were right across St Charles, which was very convenient. Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. I imagine they get a little tired of dealing with tourists every day. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms and hallway cleaned. Housekeep is wonderful. Be careful when booking if they are having a event on the property you may have to use a different entrance and loose access to their courtyard parking area, which is very inconvenient if you are checking out with a lot of luggage.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The ambience of this hotel and its rooms is good for couples. Never considered the importance of a hotel smelling really good until I got here - there's a wonderful scent in the general spaces of this hotel. The place is quite neat and the staff are always ready to help in anyway. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is really good. As most people have said, the coach car is just at the front of the hotel. Magazine street is close by and so also is the Garden district. There's free parking too, which was really nice.
