I had to live with a toilet plunger in my room and paint and chips in the tub granted they offered to move me but I was lazy! There was also something on the carpet I don't know what it was!

Continental breakfast was good, including bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt. Nice and lite before mufaletta at Central Grocery for lunch. Room was spacious and comfortable. Full bathroom with sink, plus a vanity with sink outside the bathroom is nice for two people. Very close to streetcar stop. Daily maid service. Highly recommend.

We chose this hotel because it had free parking on site and was convenient to the streetcar, and we were very happy with our choice. It was clean and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was available. I would stay here again if ever in New Orleans.

I love having a private and secure parking lot without having to pay extra. The room was very clean and spacious. I love the bed. This was the best night's sleep I have had in a while.. The staff (as always) were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good with delicious coffee. This is our favorite place to stay when we come to NOLA.

Check in was fine. However up on getting to the room, immediately I noticed there were two full sized beds as opposed to the queen size beds posted in the listing and reservation. Then the towel rack in the bathroom broke as soon as I touched it. It just fell off the front of the sink. The bathtub had a bunch more of hair left in it. And finally we were told we could have a 12pm check out. Then the morning of we were called and told we had to be out at 11:30. I know it’s only 30 minutes. But it made a difference.
