Except for a few inconveniences--two elevators needed to get to my room, for one--my stay was enjoyable. For those wanting to concentrate on the French Quarter, the location is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful.

This property was in the perfect location...walkable to Bourbon Street and Canal Street but far enough away to be quieter. We loved that we could walk all the way to Jackson Square or just go out to Canal Street and catch the trolley car with the passes that were given to us by the front desk. Highly recommend this hotel!

This is my second stay with this hotel first stay was great this stay i had an issue with a car attached to my name and i had no car while checking out and trying to make my flight with this mishaps was annoying trying to locate and tell me i had a car and parking fees whoever checked me in needs to be more careful with check in

The aircondition in our intial room was making a bit of noise. The matter was reviewed quickly and we were given the option to keep the room once the issue was corrected or move to another room.

The hotel felt safe even overnight in the busy French Quarter, and the parking was secure in a valet parking ramp. All the staff were helpful each time we had a question, and helped us make sure everything went well.

The hotel is very convenient to everything. Next-door to Mont Leon and one block over from Bourbon Street. It’s just a bit sketchy across the street. A lot of guys hanging out at the local liquor store. I would not feel safe walking around at night alone…. There is a doorman and he seems to keep an eye out for everybody. The staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay. The on-site restaurant was very good, the location was great, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staff was variable, some very good and others were not. It’s an older hotel and would benefit from updates; however it was a good price and we were happy with our stay here.
