The internet was reliable, and the room was clean. We were centrally located in the French Quarter, and a 3 minute walk to Bourbon & Canal street. The staff was very friendly!

Staff was great - helpful & accomodating. Location was pretty good - close to Bourbon and Canal streets. Building was pretty worn down. A/C units were clunky and loud, bathroom sink drain stuck shut, no cold water in one of the rooms and then the water just stopped. Not bad for the price, but needs a little TLC

Stay here if u like to be near people who’s off drugs.. security watches guest but not other people (thieves ) got pick pocketed .. mirror was not satisfying inside my room looked like 1800s pool was DARK DIRTY . Asked to clean it they acted like it was an issue . TOP SECurity David And Scott harassed me the whole time I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN POOP LEFT IN THE TOILET WHEN WE ARRIVED. This place is a joke . They don’t care just want money . It’s close to everything but nah stay somewhere else it ain worth saving the money . My vacation is RUINED!!!!

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful and had discounts for dining or even for tours. The valet was also easy to use. Our room was spotless. I Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

I tell people that this hotel is in the ghetto. Directly across the street from a liquor store. You can find people hanging out All times of day but especially after dark. It can be intimidating.
