The view from the 20th floor was awesome. The elevators were very fast and shaking while moving up or down. It was a scary roller coaster ride. The AC in the room was barely working and making very loud noise. They didn’t provide any water in the room. They gave me an empty water bottle which was great but there was only one water filling station in a 20 storied building. I need to go to 10th floor every time I wanted to drink water which takes more than 10 mins as you have to change elevators. Overall, I had a very bad experience.

Ed‘s restaurant connected to it was a pleasant surprise grate food sleeping quarters was in good condition a little outdated, but very clean will definitely consider staying there again on our next visit

The property was just avg. The customer service was below avg. There was a plumbing issue one day-water turned off w/o notice, one morning our room smelled like sewage due to sewage back up in the hotel. One night there was a strong odor rhat smelled like a natural gas leak in the lobby when we walked in. There was large surprise fees added on at check out even though the Expedia listed price said "total with taxes and fees included" The guy at the desk was unfriendly and arrogant. The concierge people and cleaning team were nice.

The security was great - loved the separate entrance after a certain time and that security was checking for room keys. It was walking distance and so close to everything - Bourbon, Jackson Square, French Market, you name it. Perfect spot. We will stay again when we return!

The staff was incredible! From the valet attendants to the bellman to the front desk. I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years and they provided wonderful service. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic! The convenience store across the street was a little sketch... the kids watched a man laying face down getting arrested, but the security inside the hotel made us feel secure. It was a little interesting getting there because Royal Street was closed for a street fair, but we looped around and figured it out. You gotta roll with it when driving in NOLA! The parking was my biggest concern and the staff made it so easy once we got there.
