The whole hotel need to be remodeled along with carpet which had ends that were unraveling, a trip hazard. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, had to contact housekeeping. Mirror in the bathroom backing was coming off, distorted around edges. Air conditioner made noise while running. The elevators wasn’t working properly.

Check in was not great, Jemetrice (I think) was whispering the conversation I couldn't hear her as opposed to CeCe and Jean who were both great! The elevator was broken the second day and we had to walk down stairs from the 11th floor. The hallway had an odor but the cleaning people did great in our room. The amenities were lackluster and I'm pretty sure I won't stay here again.

Yes the room was in good condition. The staff refused to give my guest one of the cups you receive at check in . The water is on the 10th floor.
