The location was great along with having easy access to a restaurant/bar attached. Outside of the entrance, the property is super outdated and smelled funny.

The room was exactly what we needed and housekeeping was great, quick to bring us any items we requested. It was nice to have a pool and the extra perks of Jazzy passes and restaurant discounts was a plus. My only real disappointment was in some of the front desk staff, a few were rude and condescending when I asked questions or needed assistance.

Hotel needs a little updating. Other than that it was fine. What’s nice? Is they give you free transportation passes to use public transportation for each day of your stay as well as as a coupon for the restaurant next-door. The food at the restaurant next-door is very good. Also, you’re one block from Bourbon Street far enough where you don’t hear the noise but close enough where it takes you four minutes to walk there. The location is excellent and while the general area could be sketchy that particular street is not bad.

Staff was friendly. Room were clean and spacious. My only complaint was that the tub didn’t drain at all. I had to wet myself, lather , let the tub drain, turn it the water on and then rinse. Afterwards I cleaned the tub with my own wipes that I carry with me

Room was really clean But the Staff are the real standout, everyone we came in contact with at the hotel and Ed restaurant were very engaging, nice and helpful They were all pleasant. The hotel is right in the French quarter and really a nice central location. Easy yo get around
