Perfect for a quick stay

Very nice spacious accommodations. Check in was easy. Parking situation was a bit annoying- I was dressed for a wedding in a gown and heels and had to walk over and down into the parking garage to get my car and then wait down there where it was extremely hot. Pillows were uncomfortable and the shower felt like a temporary stall at a campsite as opposed to a hotel. Overall it was clean and comfortable for our one night stay. We loved that the lobby had snacks, drinks and basic toiletries available for purchase 24 hours.

Mostly great with a few wrinkles.

The deadbolt did not work in the room we checked into. The gentleman at the desk gave us another room which I would consider an upgrade. He was quick, friendly, and efficient. The towels however were stiff and had hair on one of them. Pretty gross. The rest of the room was great, the a/c was terrific (and it was unbearably hot out that day). The room was quiet and very comfortable. The area the hotel is located in is kind of sketchy, and the parking situation was weird. You had to check in before they would park your car although it was not told to us until we pulled into the lot. But it worked out ok.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for a new duvet and it never came up. 7 am day off checkout we had fire alarms because of a toaster and was denied late check out. Breakfast was mid. Coffee was good. Overall a good two nights. New rooms but very small rooms. Probably won't stay again.
