Only had stayed for 3 days, but the staff were very nice and helpful when asked questions about their facilities. The area was also very nice since you are close to everything within Times Square, so a lot of things are in walking distance.

The room was clean and the price was good even though it is located at the walking distance from the Times Square. The building is old but its well kept. If you are visiting the city and not plan on spending too much time at the hotel, its a fair choice.

Great and helpful staff, felt very secure there. Perfect location bc of the subway station being next to it, broadway theaters, and easy walks to 5th ave and other great local spots. Very clean, great amenities, plan on coming back to New York in a month or two and will be staying again!

Noise from the street made sleeping almost impossible. Understandable if it’s a busy NYC street but windows on lower levels should be soundproofed. Handy location though for everything we wanted to do.

Room was very small but good enough for what we were there for. Sadly, we had a room that faced a construction site and the noise started in the wee morning hours and was quite loud. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Jeff was very obliging and a pleasure to speak with.
