No heat in the winter. Strong smell of smoke in the room. The solution for the hotel staff was to provide a space heater, which causes the electricity on the whole floor to go out. The people staying here are also very questionable. Stay away.

Do NOT stay here!. The picture of the room on Expedia that we paid for does not match the room that we were assigned to. We had to cram into a tiny room for five nights and ended up leaving a day early because it was so unbearable. We all got no sleep and it ruined our trip. We enjoyed our six night stay there. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and great water pressure/temperature. The AC kept the room cool. There is VERY little staff. The kitchenette was missing a few essential items; glasses, a bowl, silverware. The lobby is terrible. The lobby has a stained carpet an ill fitted slip covered sofa. Transportation was good. The subway station is on the corner. The area is safe. We would go back again.

Getting instructions to get inside was annoying since there is no front desks everything is with codes to get in. Luckily there was a hotel staff member there and was able to help me get the info I needed to get into my room. Overall, place was clean and it’s in Bay Ridge. That’s a win.

Honestly I was not that happy! Here’s a few things to keep in mind when booking: 1) There is absolutely NO PARKING, you will defn struggle with parking! Not sure how a hotel would open if there’s not a reserve spot for the visitors! 2) Not clean! There was hair on the bathroom floor and shower 3) If you arrive early, they will hunt you down to pay for every 30min you checked in ahead of time. They’ll keep calling and knocking on door for you to pay $20 an hour! It’s just $20 there’s no need to hunt us down a few mins after arriving.
