Fantastic location: close to Times Square but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The hotel has taken a pre-authorisation out twice which impacted our ability to use additional money out aside for Black Friday sales. After ringing and emailing multiple times, it’s both frustrating and disappointing that nobody understands what has occurred or has acted with any urgency to help reverse the double pre-authorisation.
