First night at 9/10 pm i started smelling raw sewage from the bathroom thinking if i flush the toilet & close the door it would go away i did that and left the room...only to come back with the whole room filled with sewage smell gladly i was changed from that room..then really noticed when i came back with food the rooms didn't have a microwave or refrigerator also before all this i was given the option to get a bigger room instead of being charged a early check-in fee...yet the room that i received with the smell was not even big to have a full size mattress...so if it wasn't for the stink i would have been stuck with a matchbox size room while being charged for an upgrade...this establishment did not even have the BASIC amenities like a PEN & PAD to right vacation notes on i have to beg the staff to borrow printer paper and pen while being lead to feeling guilty for asking...there were 334 rooms..yet 1 ice machine having to go up and down to get ice became burdensome..but without a refrigerator in the room it gad to be done...i was told i couldn't even get a courtesy wakeup call this leads up to learn that the website for the hotel LIES...there are NO USB alarm clocks in every room...VERY misleading ...this hotel experience falls short of the city's high standards of average semi luxury hotel...the only bright spot is the cleaning staff..very helpful and welcoming July 28 thru August 1st 2025

Truly one of the worse hotels I’ve been in. My bathroom door was broken so you had to lift and push to close, my blinds were broken so they wouldn’t open all the way. The entire place had chipped paint. The elevators took forever. My key cards got messed up twice during my four night visit. The staff were mostly rude and dry except one woman on my floor was the absolute kindest. There was an additional charge of $45 per night for “facility fees” that was dug up from the fine print which made my total for the hotel an additional $200 extra -for the price I ended up paying I could have gotten a way way way better hotel. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting and sneaky.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. The rooms are tiny, the building is poorly maintained, and the air conditioning is louder than an airplane engine, making it impossible to sleep. My experience was terrible. I won't stay at this hotel again. The worst part comes now, I don't know who's to blame, the hotel or Expedia, but I felt robbed by one of them. I paid for the hotel in advance. Expedia sent me proof of full payment. When I arrived at the hotel, they charged me an additional $500 to check in. A rip-off, literally. Total lack of respect. From now on, I'm going to do my best to stay far away from those two.

They could care more about the building

The amenities in the room were damaged everywhere, ceiling peeling off, mirror's ligh unfunctional and making a loud and annoying noise. Room 402.

The place was falling apart, will not be going back. If I could go back in time I would have never booked here, I was feeling itchy just from laying on the bed for 10 mins, wherever you stepped water came up from the floor. The shower was flaking apart and was terribly built, water literally everywhere. No microwave, mirror, or fridge. 2/10 experience only good thing was the service and where it was located.
