The location was great and the staff was friendly. Negatives: the first room we were given was on the 11th floor and it was in horrible condition. Unexceptable but n my opinion. The bathroom was so small you could barely move in it. The rooms and hallways were so dark and dingy. I was moved to another room on the first floor and it was 100% better ! It still wasn’t worth the cost but at least livable.

The hallways were so poorly lit we could barely find the key slot. The bathroom tiles were loose. Extremely noisy from the air conditioner units outside. We asked for ice (not available on the floor) and they send they would send it up, and then called to say there was no ice available. I believe they just didn't want to be bothered. Big disappointment all around.

Hello! Now I understand why you have a 3-star rating for service and poor staff. From check-in, the staff's lack of knowledge of the rooms, the air conditioning not working, the safe without a battery that does not work, the lack of respect from the staff (male) who asked for towels and sheets and gave me keys to the room (June 6, 2025 12:30 am) and I told him I didn't need keys and he asked me why I stopped him, in a challenging and arrogant manner. I didn't understand and I asked him what he meant and he repeated why I stopped him when he was giving me the keys, in short, 0 knowledge of customer service. You don't deserve 3 stars, you are 1 star. By the way, they didn't bring me the towels. I paid $ 4,000 for 5 nights for a hotel that is not even worth $ 100.

For a 2 night solo trip, it was ok. The room and bed were very small, only enough room for one person, but was fine since I wasn’t in the room much. Nice location which lots of options. Staff was nice and helpful.

Lobby area nice and rooftop bar and pool really good. Hotel room itself was terrible big blind wouldn’t go up wasn’t attached to cord which made the room very dark even during the day. Wallpaper pealing off in certain areas and just felt dirty.
