The hotel is located in a very convenient area. There is cheaper parking just 3 minutes away, and Times Square is only 1 minute away. Madame Tussauds and Target are also very close. The hotel is clean, the staff is kind, and the breakfast is fresh. I think I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.

Everyone of the staff members were so helpful & accommodating to our group from the time we arrived until we departed. I want to give a big shoutout to Nateli who worked the front desk. She had the sweetest disposition and always acted like she really enjoyed helping everyone with a smile on her face! There were several others like Nateli but I didn’t get their names. We enjoyed our stay and will be back if we’re ever in that area again!

The room was very clean. The breakfast was great and had a good variety of options each day. The only downside is that there was no on-site parking. The parking ramp is about a 5 minute walk, but the hotel does give a discount on the parking rate. Parking for a large SUV was $63/24hrs. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything though! They also have security at the entrance which was nice to see.
