I liked that it was right by broadway theaters, port authority, and bryant park. A great spot to be in the middle of everything! Heat worked, tv worked, no issues!

Hotel was very clean and location very convenient. We traveled with our teenage kids and loved that it's next to a great pizza place. Very easy access to Times Square and subways! Room was a good size and staff was very kind and happy to help. They also offer airport service on a fancy escalade for the same price you would uber or Lyft. And they have it ready for you! GREAT STAY!

Great location to Times Square etc. The elevators are slow and one even broke down during the gig traffic period as ppl were coming in for Christmas vacation. The breakfast staff Joe needs to watch his mouth as more than one occasion I heard him complaining abt the guests coming for breakfast close to closing time. But it’s not his business! When on vacation who wants to get up at 6 am to have breakfast lol and no accommodation or extension of time was made as the elevators weren’t working. Mike was nice and the other front desk staff except one who quarreled with my husband for asking a question and then the bell men apologized on his behalf because ofc everyone thought he was ridiculous 😆 I may stay here again because of the location but not sure as their attitudes need to improve!

The hotel is very busy with large student groups. Breakfast is first come first served scenario with limited seating space There are long waits for the three lifts that service 20 floors ! Very slow and painful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is situated in a good spot. Staff just too busy to be polite.
