View of Times Square is amazing from the lobby terrace. Hotel tried to charge us $500 because they claimed a vape detector went off. No one in my family has ever smoked or vaped.

Hotel room was clean but not spotlessly clean. After a day of sightseeing it’s nice to get back to the hotel and have a drink at the bar and unwind however because the bar is open to the public this can mean that you’re in for a lengthy wait to be served. Would love the hotel to review how people actually staying at the hotel can be served quicker.
